Attorney Brian P. McLaughlin

After receiving his bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin, Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude from the DePaul University College of Law where he was a member of the DePaul Law Review.  Upon graduating and being admitted to the Illinois bar, Brian began his legal career prosecuting white-collar crimes for the United States Department of Justice.  His experience while working for the Department of Justice involved investigating and prosecuting white-collar offenses in federal courts throughout the United States.  After spending more than two years working as a prosecutor, Brian migrated to a boutique criminal defense firm where he began using what he had learned as prosecutor in order to defend the rights of those accused of criminal offense.  Currently, Brian focuses on:
